Modifying a Web service's SOAP location

The SOAP address for a service is specified in the WSDL implementation file. The service provider specifies this location and the protocol over which the service should be requested when the WSDL document is generated. Coordinate any changes to the location with the service provider first.

If you do need to change the SOAP location, look for the soap:address element within the Service element of the Web service whose address needs to be changed. You can change the protocol, the host name, the port, and the file portion of the URL.
